Candra HuffI create digital illustration work, primarily for editorial publications. Inspired by vintage illustration & printmaking, I incorporate rich textures and coloring techniques that invoke a vintage yet simultaneously modern feel. My subjects tend to be grounded in reality, and I love drawing relatable narratives, animals, and urban environments. 8 works02
Edgar DegasFrench Impressionist (1834–1917), celebrated for his studies of movement — dancers, racehorses, women at work. A restless draughtsman and pastellist, he favoured the candid, off-balance viewpoint of the snapshot and called himself a realist more than an Impressionist, capturing modern Parisian life with unsentimental precision.1 work
