The work done by Alice D'Alberto represents a fundamental turning point in my artistic path. Until now I had never felt the need, or perhaps had not yet found the right way, to devote a space entirely conceived for the organic, curatorial collection of my works. Thanks to her work, the site is not just a digital container: it becomes a true exhibition space, a gallery that lives in the present and gives the works back the dignity of being observed with attention, along a precise and conscious path.
What makes this project so meaningful is precisely the curatorial approach with which it was built. Every work finds its place, accompanied by the tools that have always belonged to the language of exhibitions: the title, the technique, the date it was made, the information needed to understand its context. Elements that seem simple, but are essential for the work to speak with whoever looks at it without losing its own identity.
But Alice's contribution goes beyond organising the works. The most precious part of her work is having understood that an artistic project does not end with the paintings. An artist lives inside a creative process, a search, a vision of the world that rarely finds the space to be told in full. This site finally lets me speak freely, without interruptions, without having to reduce my thought to a few lines or a caption. It becomes the bridge between the painting, the concept and the intention that generated it.
In this way the visitor does not simply stand in front of a beautiful canvas or an aesthetically pleasing image. They stand in front of a story, a precise account, a path that offers them a starting point to enter the work. The words accompany the gaze without replacing it, offering a key from which a personal meditation can arise, an experience of transcendence, an immersion in colours, forms and symbols. It is a discreet guide, never invasive, that invites the viewer to go beyond the surface of the painting to meet its deepest meaning.
For me it means being able to tell even what normally remains invisible: the spiritual path, the roots of my research, the figures I consider my artistic teachers, my godmothers, women who opened a road in mystical, spiritual and transcendent art even before these expressions found a shared definition. It means being able to show the sources of my inspiration, the references that inhabit my work and form its deepest soul.
This possibility of telling my story without mediation is perhaps the greatest gift of this project. It allows me to be truly seen, without filters, without cuts, without artifice. Just as a work of art should present itself to the eye: in its authenticity. And just as, I believe, an artist should be able to communicate: naked before art, letting the research, the thought and the works speak sincerely.
This is why I consider Alice D'Alberto's work not simply the building of a site or a curatorial arrangement, but a profoundly artistic gesture. She gave shape to a space able to hold and tell my research without overpowering it, bringing works, words and vision together in one coherent language. Her work is not only presenting my works, but creating the conditions for them to be truly encountered, understood and lived. It is a work of great sensitivity, able to give art back the time of contemplation, and to give the artist the chance to finally be heard in her entirety.
