My passion for art began in my family, thanks to my grandfather, who always painted and, unknowingly, instilled in me a love for this medium. Growing up, I chose to cultivate this passion through studies at the Umberto Boccioni State Art School and later with a degree in Restoration of Cultural Heritage, which allowed me to deepen my knowledge of materials, artistic techniques, and the conservation of artworks.
For several years, however, painting remained on the back burner. Life led me in other directions and toward a career far removed from the world of art. Personal experiences and the need to find a space that belonged to me gradually brought me back to painting. It wasn't simply a matter of starting to paint again, but of rediscovering a way of expressing myself and giving voice to what was inside me.
Today, I continue a personal journey in which emotions and experiences become matter, light, and color. Through mixed techniques, layering of materials, textures, instinctive gestures, and gold leaf details, I seek a balance between spontaneity and exploration. I also enjoy experimenting with mirrors, which become an integral part of the works and take on a symbolic meaning: they reflect the viewer's image, inviting them to look at themselves, recognize themselves, and connect with what the work evokes.
My goal today is to develop my artistic identity, engage with new exhibition and professional contexts, and bring my works into contexts where they can be recognized and experienced. I seek authentic connections with those who observe my work, so that each piece can also become a space in which they can recognize themselves, be moved, and rediscover something of their own history.
