About the artist

Each of my works is a fragment of an inner world, an invitation to pause and feel. My work stems from the desire to transform intimate sensations into images open to interpretation by the viewer.

Artist statement

Sometimes I paint places that don't exist, but that I feel I know. A bit of light, a fading memory, something that remains even when everything else fades.

Sospeso

Sospeso

Acrylic on canvas · 2026 · 75 × 55

A place suspended between reality and imagination, where light filters through delicate forms and nature dissolves into a silent atmosphere. Flowering branches emerge from green, turquoise, and pink hues, intertwining with veils, spontaneous strokes, and vertical drips. Forms emerge and vanish, leaving color to suggest depth and a space that is more perceptive than real. Light passes through the composition, creating balances between solids and voids, between what appears and what remains indistinct. The atmosphere, quiet and slightly melancholic, evokes something familiar yet unattainable, like the memory of a timeless moment. Suspended between abstraction and impressionist influences, the work invites us to slow down and let ourselves be guided by sensations. More than representing a landscape, it evokes a state of mind: a luminous stillness in which beauty, fragile and fleeting, can transform melancholy into peace.

Rifiorire

Rifiorire

Acrylic on canvas · 2026

In this work, light seems to emerge from within the composition, surfacing among the flowers and opening up into the surrounding space. The result is an atmosphere that combines vitality and contemplation, beauty and a slight melancholy: the sensation of observing something fragile, present only for an instant, yet capable of leaving a mark. More than describing a real garden, the painting invites us to enter an interior landscape, where colors hold emotions difficult to translate into words. A space in which to pause, observe, and let the light guide us, without the need to find a single meaning.
